This Privacy Policy provides my policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information. Information means images, text, contacts, or any other related data. This Privacy Policy governs my apps services, regardless of how you access it, and by using my apps you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. All of the different forms of data, content, and information described below are collectively referred to as “information.”

01. What data do I collect?
I do not collect or transmit your personal information. I might store data such as the images, basic app settings and information you provide in the app locally in your device. I treats information collected by preferences, cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data. At the moment, I do not use any analytic tools; however, if I use it in the future I will not transmit any personal identifiable information.
02. Advertising
Some of my apps use advertising to provide the content free of charge. When you use these apps your device automatically sends certain information to my advertising partner AdMob. This information includes, for example, the name of the app, the device type, and the advertising ID.
The information gathered is solely used to provide my advertising partners with the bare minimum of information they need to provide their services and combat click fraud.
If you no longer want us to use a mobile advertising ID then you need to either pay to remove advertisements or stop using the app.
2.1 AdMob
AdMob is an advertising service provided by AdMob Google Inc. Please read this overview of how they use information from sites or apps that use their services.
Personal Data collected: Unique device identifiers for advertising. For example, Google Advertiser ID.

03. Permissions
My apps may request for various application permissions for achieving App functionality such as internet access, cellphone internal storage or access to Camera. Some applications with Ads or In-app purchase capability may require connectivity to the Internet. These permissions shall not be used to collect or transmit any data that is not relevant to the functionality of the app or for improving the app.
Having access to the camera or internal storage is neccessary for the normal use of the apps.
04. Security
I follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in App’s environment. Data collected by each app is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorized access to your data I ensure an encrypted method of certification. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error. Therefore, I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
05. Analytics tools
I may collect and use anonymous analytics data provided by approved Analytics services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics to understand geographical usage patterns, application crash reports etc. This data will be used purely to improve the application. No personally identifiable information shall be transmitted using these tools.
06. Policy toward children
My apps are not directed to persons under 13. I do not collect information; however, if near future I need to collect some statisctics about my apps I do not access any personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided me with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact at miguelfagundez.com.
07. Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, so please check back from time to time. I recommend to check this page to check any change in the future. By continuing to use any of my apps and their services or tasks after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
